The Headworks LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, formed in 2026. The Headworks LLC is independently owned, there is no holding company, no outside investment, and no private equity behind us. This industry has seen too many buyouts followed by higher prices, products that drift away from the realities of field work, and the loss of the people who understood it best. We are not on that path and have no intention of joining it.
